included is a hinge notebook, a refill, and a bullet pencil (random). Each booklet is custom made to the hinge with their own set of hooks and o-rings. 150 pages in each booklet. choose whether or not you’d like tubing on the spring hook, and if so what color (red pictured).
notebook made from secondhand: legal pad, vintage file folders, steel annealed mechanic’s wire, brown paper bags
and: steel welding hinge, shock cord, heat shrink tubing, rubber o rings, glue, stainless steel o rings, metal grommets
made by binding and building a booklet using secondhand legal pad paper that fits directly into the hinge using a tension and hook system, pressed into place. four layers of paper and mull cloth make up the cover and allow the booklet to have integrity. this helps when metal and paper meet. the hinge edges are sanded down to limit friction, fraying, and to make it smooth to the touch.
